How our MLS Real Estate Service works

The pre-listing process we’ve designed for new Clients is one that helps us gather important information that will create a selling profile of your home – one that will form the foundation of how we will work together to sell your home. It involves a few easy, yet effective steps and requires no obligation on your part. Whether your looking to sell your house on mls privately or the traditional way, we offer a commission structure and service package suited to your needs.

To begin, you should complete a Home Profile. This simple series of questions will create a personal account for you that will include details of your home which will be used later in creating a listing, feature sheet and online posting. Your account also allows you to edit listing information, and post notices about Open House events on the Portcullis site.

Once the profile has been completed it will become part of the online Client administration area, which tells us that you’re ready for a personal meeting with one of our licensed Real Estate Representatives. We’ll contact you, schedule an appointment and meet with you face-to-face to explain all the Portcullis service packages and answer any questions you may have.

Should we reach an agreement at that time we will proceed with the appropriate MLS paperwork, establish a schedule for our photographer to take pictures and arrange to have your Portcullis For Sale sign delivered and placed on your lawn. The final payment steps of the process can be undertaken in person or through our secure online payment process.
