List Your Home

Listing your home with Portcullis Realty Corp. is a 3-step process that takes about 10 minutes. Please follow the steps below.

1. Fill in the form below to create your own personal account. This account will allow you to edit your listing, create an open house feature sheet and post your open houses on the Portcullis site.
2. Once you have created your account click the client login tab in the top blue bar. Enter your e-mail and password. This will place you in the client administration section of our site.
3. Click the add new listing tab. Fill out the listing wizard as best you can accept for box # 12 and click complete. You can edit your listing at anytime later in the process.
4. Your property will now show live on the Portcullis site. Once your property is on our site, we now know that you are ready to a have one of our representatives out to further explain the programs and discuss your options. Should we reach agreement at this time we will proceed with the mls paperwork, photos, and signage. We will also discuss your payment options.
