James has an open mind about the way the information age has changed the real estate industry and continues to innovate. Being in a hard sellers market it did take some time and patience for our home to sell. Unfortunately one thing I did do was increase the buyers agent commission based on the principle that it might deter (very hard to tell but we didn’t want to close any doors). One of the big reasons I went with James is because I don’t agree with buyers agency and the fact that a seller essentially pays for a buyers agent (who is working for the buyer and against the seller). In the end it is my opinion that we sold for the same price that any traditional real-estate system would have provided us and saved some money in the process (which is always a good thing).
