Portcullis Realty the best way to sell your home by Lorrie Adams: Portcullis Realty provides a great alternative to the standard methods of selling your selling home. Traditional Realty companies in my opinion to charge too much to sell your home, 5% and have capitalized on the inflationary increases of the marketplace. Private Realty Companies save you money but can't provide you with the MLS exposure that you need to sell your house. Portcullis provides you with both savings and exposure. I found David and James's company to be a much needed middle ground between privaterealestate.ca and traditional realestate companies, having used both before. It gives you a competitive edge as you can sell for less and still have the same net outcome without paying huge commissions.
