As experts in an ever-changing housing market, we recognize that today’s easy access to online MLS listings means more and more Buyers are viewing listings online first, selecting the homes they wish to see and then calling an Agent to arrange a viewing. This new reality has increased the need for home Sellers to understand important role that the Buyer Agents still play in the house selling process.
It is a role that requires either the Buyer or the Seller to pay for the Agent’s time and expertise. We encourage all our Clients to review a Buyer Representation Agreement to fully understand these implications in the context of the selling process and invite you to call on us to answer questions or explain it in more detail.

James is an avid motorcyclist and an ardent supporter of the Radical Ride For Breast Cancer, an annual Burlington event each August.
